Sensors for Reactor Systems

Measure directly in your reactor or flow-through system with sensors in steel tubes, flow cells, and needles. Multiple mounting options allow you to position the sensors in the liquid phase or in the headspace of a reactor and to measure directly in gas and liquid flows.

The sensors for reactors and flow-through systems offer

  • Direct gas and liquid measurements in closed systems – no need to take out samples
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Easy mounting
  • Digital or analog data output

Mounting options

1/4 inch OD steel tube for Swagelok© fittings:

The sensor is mounted into a 1/4 inch stainless steel that can be used with Swagelok© fittings. This allows for easy mounting of the sensor into e.g. a reactor.

12 mm OD steel tube for PG13.5 or M20 thread:

The sensor is mounted into a 12 mm OD stainless steel tube that fits with PG13.5 or M20 threads. This allows for easy mounting of the sensor into e.g. a reactor.

Needle for piercing:

The sensor in a needle for piercing allows you to measure through a rubber septum.

Stainless steel flow cell

The flow cell is based on a Swagelok© T-piece for either 1/4 or 1/8 inch tubing. This allows for in-line measurements in flow-through systems.
